  • Built for Your Property — We grade for proper drainage, use seed suited to your yard's conditions, and build a lawn that's custom to your yard — not a one-size-fits-all roll of sod.
  • Perfect After Tree Work — If you've had a tree removed or a stump ground down, topsoil and seeding is the ideal way to restore that spot. Sod often won't match the surrounding lawn, but seeding blends seamlessly into your existing yard.

Our Process

  1. 1Site Assessment — We evaluate drainage, existing soil, and grade to build a plan.
  2. 2Rough Grade — Heavy equipment is used to establish the proper grade and prepare the site for topsoil.
  3. 3Topsoil Spread — Premium topsoil is spread evenly at the correct depth.
  4. 4Final Grade — Fine grading creates a smooth, seed-ready surface.
  5. 5Seed Applied — Premium seed is then applied and worked into the topsoil to ensure optimal germination.
  6. 6Straw/Hay Applied — A protective layer of straw or hay is spread over the seeded area to lock in moisture and prevent erosion.

Aftercare: We provide watering and maintenance instructions so your new lawn establishes strong. Follow-up visits available to ensure success.
